The DNC begins to parody itself

When I first started reading this DNC press release, I thought it was a parody -- "Stop the Presses; the President is Exercising too Much." Turns out that the DNC is upset that the President is daring to jog while allowing colleges to pull back from the ridiculous Title IX requirement that half their sports budget go to women -- even though it's been consistently shown that fewer women are interested in sports than the interest shown by similarly situated men. Indeed, I think it was during the Clinton presidency that 60 Minutes ran a segment showing that men who are desperately interested in college athletics, and who are qualified, are being sidelined, so that Title IX sports programs can create more and more jogging and yoga niches for women who aren't showing up.
