The Middle Eastern Studies Association -- not the scholarly organization it seems.

It has such a nice scholarly sound, doesn't it? When I hear it, I think of gray-haired professors in smoking jackets, talking about 12th century Caliphate economic policies, etc. In fact, as this article shows, it's a violently anti-Semitic, anti-Israel, anti-American organization, that relies on true Orwellian misinformation to put forward its agenda.
