If you're wondering about Joe Wilson

If you've been wondering, as I have, why Joe Wilson, who superficially appears to be an establishment figure, is so fanatically opposed to the Bush administration, and why he seems to have hallucinated about his experiences in Africa (why else a NY Times editorial that is directly at odds with the actual outcome of his trip?), his own words may explain everything:

Some in the audience [at an SF State speech he gave] urged him to run for political office. But Wilson said he'd been a true child of the 1960s and had "too many wives and taken too many drugs. And, yes, I did inhale."
By the way, just in case you may have missed it, San Francisco State is a hotbed of Leftist radicalism and has consistently made Leftist organizations welcome, and essentially banned any Republican and Jewish voices from the campus (and, by the way, that's anti-Semitism, no matter how you try to spin it). Some examples of articles detailing the insanity at SFSU can be found here, here and here.
