The City that doesn't know how

Herb Caen used to call San Francisco "the City that knows how." How wrong he was. Debra J. Saunder has written a marvelous column, the ostensible purpose of which is to comment on the Mayor's proposal to make available free wi-fi for the whole City, but which actually highlights the general PC, luddite, hysterical political culture that is the City by the Bay. I laughed, I cried, I gave thanks I moved away.
