What are the boundaries of our civil rights?

Did you know that, apparently, our civil rights include the right not to be embarrassed? I didn't either, but that's what I learn now that CAIR has stepped into the investigation about possible terrorist activities in the Central Valley town of Lodi, California. Thus, CAIR carefully brings to the media's attention the allegation that

Two local Muslims told CAIR-SV they felt compelled to quit their jobs after agents 'humiliated' them at work. Others complained of lie detector sessions in which they were accused of lying after answering the same question asked in a variety of ways.
Just one question: Once we've assuaged everyone's feelings, how in the world is legitimate law enforcement supposed to do its job?
