My home gym

I'm always semi-apologizing to people in the very fit community in which I live for the fact that I don't exercise. That is, I don't run, or play tennis, or go to the gym, or do whatever else it is my friends do. It occurred to me today, though, that I have a home gym. In this gym, I burn calories, and build muscles, vacuuming; carrying umpteen baskets of dirty laundry upstairs, and carrying equally numerous baskets of clean laundry downstairs; racing up and down these same stairs to put things back in their place; scrubbing floors and bathtubs; and cleaning the swimming pool. Man, I am buffed. I'll match my housecleaning muscles up against anyone's aerobicized ones!
