Constitution? What Constitution?

Jonah Goldberg is in top form here as he writes about the fact that our Supreme Court justices are essentially abandoning our Constitution and looking abroad (to such interesting places, say, as Zimbabwe) for authority to support decisions that are increasingly out of step with American mores and Constitutional mandates. How's this for clear thinking on the subject:
