Silver lining time

My view, both with regard to the Hamas election and the cartoon riots, has been that these ugly things are actually also good things. They've effectively revealed the face of modern fundamentalist Islam, and they've called the terrorists out in the open. Now, at Dinocrat.com, you can read a very interesting post suggesting the Iraq will fade into the backdrop, with Iran as the next big thing -- and Iran has Europe in its crosshairs. It's this reality that has Chirac and Merkel suddenly sounding like Rambo, and it's this reality that will (one hopes) bring America and Israel in from the cold in their lonely battle against Islamic fueled, worldwide terrorism.
