Don't let the suicide bomber numbers get you down

Jack Kelly makes a very credible argument that the increase in suicide bombings is a sign of the Iraqi terrorists' desperation, not their strength. My favorite points are (1) that Bush succeeded in something very important, which is defining the battlefield -- not American soil, but the terrorists' home ground -- and (2) that the only aspect of the terrorist strategy that's currently working is the part that tries to convince the western media that something really bad is happening. Good read, as always when Jack Kelly's writing it.
