Then why are we still footing the bill?

You just can't fool the American people, as one recent survey found: "The survey finds that American voters, by nearly a 2-to-1 margin, believe the U.N. has an anti-United States bias. In addition, nearly 84% believe the U.N. should not have the power to impose a system of global taxation on sovereign nations and their citizens." Given the fact that Americans recognize the UN for what it is -- an entity incredibly hostile to our country -- why are we still hosting it in NY and footing the bill through the American people? Toss the UN out of the US, and stop having my tax dollars pay for that miserable organization.
