Taking on another Krugman fallacy

Donald Luskin, in this NRO column, does a nice job of taking on yet another Krugman attack on the plan to privatize Social Security. Even I, a complete mathphobe, was able to understand how wrong Krugman got things. I'm not saying I'm wholeheartedly in favor of Bush's plan to privatize Social Security; I just know two things: (1) the current system is a pathetically performing joke that's barely surviving on government life support and (2) whatever Krugman's for I'm against, and vice versa.
