Putting your money where it makes a difference

In an lgf post that further destroys the canard that the US was stingy in its response to the Tsunami, one finds this:

An email from Naomi Ragen points out that last year, Saudi Arabia raised more than $150 million for the families of suicide bombers. To help their Muslim brothers and their devastated families in Southeast Asia, the oil-rich country is contributing $10 million.
LGF fairmindedly updates the post to note that the Saudi's increased their $10 million contribution to $30 million -- still a drop in the bucket compared to their other "compassionate" outpourings.
